Alterations Reimbursement

If it happens that you need a little adjustment, relax; it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Alterations

We want you to love your suit. Needing alterations, especially on a first order, is not uncommon and is part of the process. That’s why we reimburse up to $75 of alterations per suit and shirt order within 30 days of delivery.

Unsure if your garment is alterable or just looking for fit advice?

Email us photos of yourself in the clothes, in a relaxed pose and our experienced team will assist you! If the garment is deemed unalterable we will gladly re-make it free of charge or offer a full refund.

Eph Apparel offers a lifetime warranty on all zippers, buttons, clasps, and seams for standard wear and tear.

Steps

  1. Visit a tailor of your choosing. Any tailor will do!

  2. Get the tailor to fill in the measurement changes in the form on the next page indicating how many inches were added or subtracted using a +/-.

    For example, if your pant was 1.25” too short the tailor would fill +1.25” in the pant length field.

  3. Submit the Flawless Fit Guarantee Form and itemized receipt indicating the work completed to [email protected] within 30 days for reimbursement up to $75

For standard fit issues, please include (3) photos of the garment in question while standing in a relaxed pose from the front, side, and back. For specific issues, send supplementary photos of the issue to expedite the resolution, and our experienced production team will assess and provide suggestions on the best way to improve the fit.
